Terms and Conditions for package “History” and “Wedding Weekend”

2 night stays for the main videographer and second videographer to guarantee a trouble free and friendly location access, but more important the freedom to capture video and drone material anywhere and anytime within the resort to fully tell a wedding day story.

To reserve a day Client must sign an agreement and Pay a 40% USD deposit via ZELLE or wire transfer.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

  • Raw memories film: 1 semana después de la boda Insta Short Film: 1 mes después de la boda Documental, Short Film, Highlights y Ceremonia Completa: 3 meses después de la boda.

  • Después que los novios decidan qué paquete les funciona mejor, enviaremos por correo una cotización con el precio final. Al aceptar esta cotización, se convertirá en el ticket del 1er pago (anticipo) por 50% del total. Este anticipo se puede pagar vía web con cualquier tarjeta de crédito o débito. También aceptamos transferencias bancarias entre bancos mexicanos, o efectivo entregado en Monterrey.

  • Pasamos hora y horas escuchando música para escoger la mejor opción para cada boda. Nuestro estilo distintivo va desde el alt rock, blues, melodías groove, ambiente cinemático, y hip hop. Además, antes de cada boda le enviamos a los novios un cuestionario en el que les preguntamos sobre sus gustos musicales, y es el momento perfecto para que nos envíen referencias y/o playlists de música que disfruten.
