Terms and Conditions for packages:
Travel expenses, which includes a round trip flight, commute and a two night stay to guarantee a trouble free and friendly location access, but most importantly, the freedom to fully capture photos, video and drone material anywhere and at anytime within premises to elegantly story tell your wedding day memories.
In the event of requiring a third day of service requested by the client, there will be an additional charge to cover the extra travel expenses.
To reserve a day Client must sign an agreement and Pay a 30% MXN deposit via STRIPE, PAYPAL or Mexican Bank.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

After the bride and groom decide which package is best for them, we will send them an email with a quote with the final price. By accepting this quote, it will become the ticket for the first payment (down payment) for 40% of the total. This down payment can be paid online with any credit or debit card. We also accept bank transfers between Mexican banks, or cash delivered in Riviera Maya.

We spend hours and hours listening to music to choose the best option for each wedding. Our distinctive style ranges from Techo house, blues, orchestra, acoustic groove melodies, cinematic ambience, etc. In addition, before each wedding, we send the bride and groom a questionnaire in which we ask them about their musical tastes. This is the perfect time for them to send us references and/or playlists of music they enjoy.
